We at Bob's PCs try to be competively priced for both the commercial/business market and the residential/home market. Our rates are:

Commercial/Business $85.00/hr $125.00/hr $40.00/hr
Non-Profit/Charity $50.00/hr $50.00/hr $40.00/hr
Residential/Home $50.00/hr $50.00/hr $40.00/hr


We also offer the following annual service contracts for businesses running Microsoft Small Business Server (SBS):

Gold $400.00/month Monitoring of servers (up to 4), 5 hrs onsite per month (60 hrs for the year), annual pre-payment get 10% discount and all onsite hours pooled, unused time rolled over to next contract (great for pre-paying time for a future project such as a move), all hours over the 5/month or 60/yr billed at $75.00/hr Windows or $95.00/hr Mac and Linux.
Silver $200.00/month Monitoring of servers (up to 4), 2 hrs onsite per month (24 hrs for the year), annual pre-payment get 10% discount and all onsite hours pooled, unused time for last 6 months get rolled over to next contract (great for pre-paying time for a future project such as a move), any time spent over monthly/annual prepaid hours are discounted 10%.
Bronze $100.00/month Monitoring of servers (up to 4), no onsite hours prepaid or guaranteed, hourly rate as listed in first table.
T&M (Time & Materials only) $0.00/month No monitoring, no onsite hours prepaid or guaranteed, hourly rate as listed in first table.


Being former military ourselves, we offer discounts to active and reserve military personnel (25%), and retired/former military personnel (10%).
